Online Courses / Live Chats / E-Consultations / Presentations
Remote coaching and instructions are undertaken at your own risk. You agree that you have read the terms and conditions when undertaking any remote guidance from any form of media.
This could be from online courses, social media, live or recorded sessions, e-presentations or talks and 1-2-1 consultations.
When undertaking any coaching or instruction that is undertaken remotely you agree to the following:
That participating you are doing so at your own risk.
A suitable, non-slip floor space is required and any potential obstructions in the vicinity are removed before you participate.
To avoid activities if you and your dog have or suspect they may have any current health concerns, injuries, aches or pains.
The trainer reserves the right to record online sessions. 1-2-1 online consultations will not be shared to any third parties without agreement from all participants involved.
Confidentiality
All client records and information is stored securely and is kept in the strictest of confidence. Your information is not shared with any third party.
The data you provide to us, name and contact details, including email address, phone number and postal address helps us to contact you about any purchases that you may make eg classes, workshops, 1-2-1’s, Behavioural Consultations.
We can also keep you up to date with our news and other events available through Best Buddies Dog Training & Behaviour.
You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Photos and Videos
Any photos or videos taken of the dogs may be used for marketing on our newsletters, Facebook and other social media or website We may also use photos of dogs and handlers to celebrate grading achievements on our newsletters, Facebook and other social media or website. If you do not wish to have photos published then please let us know in writing.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement & relationship between the parties shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English Law.
Any dispute not resolved first by good faith negotiation between the parties relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
