Step By Step Guidance Made For Your Dog Over 4 Hours Of Content
Be Confident Leaving The House Again.
Without Panic, Pressure Or Guessing What Comes Next.
This Might Be You.
You love your dog.
But right now, even short absences can feel overwhelming.
Maybe your dog starts barking the moment you step outside. Maybe you’re watching camera footage with a knot in your stomach. Maybe you’ve cancelled plans or avoided seeing friends because it feels easier than facing the stress.
You might feel frustrated, guilty or overwhelmed. You may even wonder if you’ve caused this.
You haven’t. Separation anxiety is complex. And it improves with the right structure, careful pacing and calm, consistent guidance.
Why Owners Stay Stuck
Many owners work incredibly hard. They research, try different approaches and adjust routines. But without clear structure and pacing, it’s easy to feel like progress is inconsistent.
Separation anxiety doesn’t improve through rushing or managing everything alone. It improves when you understand how to build duration safely at your dog’s pace, with guidance that helps you adjust as you go.
Introducing The Separation Anxiety Confidence Club
The SA Confidence Club was created to give owners a clear, supportive path through separation anxiety.
Inside the Club, you’ll learn how to establish a safe starting point, build home-alone time gradually, adjust sessions based on your dog’s responses, avoid common mistakes, and stay consistent without burning out.
Alongside self-paced learning materials, you’ll have access to twice-monthly live Zoom coaching calls and a private community space for support.
This isn’t one-to-one training. It’s structured guidance - designed to help you become confident in navigating the process yourself
How The Club Works
1. Learn the Foundations - Understand separation anxiety and establish your dog’s safe starting point.
2. Build Gradually - Follow structured guidance to increase home-alone time safely at your dog’s pace.
3. Get Live Coaching - Join twice monthly Zoom calls to ask questions and gain clarity.
4. Stay Supported - Access replays and connect within the private community as you progress.

Jan Rawlings
FounderMy name is Jan Rawlings, and I’ve been supporting dogs and their owners for over 20 years.
Separation anxiety is something I’ve worked with extensively, guiding families through the ups and downs, the slow days and the breakthroughs.
My approach is rooted in science-based, ethical methods and careful pacing, always considering the individual dog in front of us.
I don’t believe in rushing the process. I don’t believe in rigid timelines. And I don’t believe in adding pressure to already overwhelmed owners.
What I do believe in is structure, consistency and calm guidance, helping you feel confident in the steps you’re taking and supported while you take them.
You don’t have to navigate Separation Anxiety alone. With the right structure and support, calm home alone time is possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Separation anxiety exists on a spectrum. The Club is designed for owners who are ready to work
carefully and consistently at their dog’s pace. If your dog requires intensive, highly personalised
support, one-to-one coaching may be more appropriate.

All live sessions are recorded and available to replay. You can also submit questions in advance if
you’re unable to attend live.
-
No. The SA Confidence Club provides structured guidance, live coaching and community support,
but it does not replace personalised one-to-one training.
-
Progress varies from dog to dog. Some members notice early shifts, while for others progress is
slower but steady. What matters most is building safely and consistently rather than rushing ahead.
-
Membership begins with a three-month foundation period. After this, ongoing membership (if you
choose to continue) can be cancelled with one month’s written notice.
